Nice blended white with loads of tropical fruit, a splash of lemon and a decent scoop of passionfruit pith. IT all hangs together really well with a vibrant crunchy and deliciously appealing palate. Lip-smacking finish.
Ibizan semillon sauvignon blanc 2014 ($22)
A strikingly good example of the lightly wooded semillon sauvignon blanc blend. Scored a couple of trophies at the Perth Show so that should indicate it’s a pretty smart wine. Vibrant fruit intensity with the subtle use of oak just lifting it to another level. Perfectly balanced and zingy through its long finish.

Ibizan Old Vine cabernet sauvignon 2013 ($27)
Really intense gum leaf, almost peppermint, quality on the nose seems to suggest a strong regional influence. The palate has less of that and shows good fruit depth with a subtle leafy character. This is still a young wine and it will reveal more qualities with ageing. Palate structure and mouthfeel are features with a seamless integration.
