Sittella Methode Traditionnelle pinot noir chardonnay 2009

The nose tells you immediately that this is a serious expression of sparkling wine. The complex nutty and creamy yeasty characters come from the extended time
on yeast lees. On the palate the rich steely fruit autolysis characters are clearly evident. Lovely mix of stone fruit, orange rind and cashew creates quite a palate. Based on Pemberton fruit which seems well suited to sparkling wine.
