Pandemonium The Frutimer chenin blanc 2015 ($18)

A new name from the Swan Valley. This is a light and flavoursome chenin blanc, one of the staples of the valley. A little tropical flavour with some creamy richness. It has a natural crisp acidity which sustains the palate. Nice wine best in the short term.
SCORE 87/100 CELLAR 3 years

Pandemonium The Barbas shiraz tempranillo 2013 ($25)

A neat combination of these two varieties that works really well. There’s an earthy richness here with the raspberry dusty characters of the tempranillo complementing the plumper plummy shiraz. Has a cream vanillin oak influence which works well in this case. Nice soft and plush palate makes for high suitability for a variety of meat dishes, especially with some spicy kick.
SCORE 90/100 CELLAR 5 years

Pandemonium Carman moscato 2014 ($15)

Loads of fresh musky rose petal and raspberry aromas on the nose. The palate is fruit with a subtle light spritz. It’s a drink now moscato with plenty of flavour. Ideal with Asian food with a little spice
