Ferngrove Frankland River cabernet sauvignon 2015 ($20)
A medium bodied cabernet that fits neatly into the value for money category but then offers just a little more. Leafy blackcurrant fruit with some fleshier plum and light tobacco influences. Smooth integrated palate with a long finish.
Score: 91/100 Cellar: 5 years

Wine Guide 2016
Another very good sav blanc from this producer. Zesty snow pea and passionfruit aromas with a light dusting of lemon. The palate is delicate and poised with a lovely crisp and fresh mouthfeel supported by a remarkably refined acid. Persistent finish completes a terrific current drinking wine. CELLAR 2 years
