Colour: Soft pale straw
Nose: Freshly cut pear
Palate: Fresh and lively with zesty tropical fruit characters of nashy pear and honeydew melon. The finish is refreshingly crisp due to the balanced and integrated acidity.
Comments: An elegant sparkling wine! Celebrate your good fortune with a bottle of Allegiance Wines Fortuity Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir. Celebrating those we are lucky to have in our lives
Dedication: I thankfully have two very lucky nephews. James Cox narrowly missed being crushed in his ute by an out of control truck in Dee Why in late 2014. Sam Morgan amazingly fought off and survived an attack by a Bull Shark whilst surfing at Ballina in late 2015. This sparkling wine celebrates the good fortune that we still have these two great young men in our family!
Ticks all he boxes for this popular style of Italian sparkling wine. Fresh clean and fruit driven with a sustaining crisp acidity. Ideal as a young wine. Cellar: Drink now.
