Vibrant pale red in colour. Aromas of plums, cherry and lifted floral notes. The palate is light to medium bodied with strawberry, raspberry and cherryfruit flavours. This is an elegant wine with great structure and length.
Allegiance Wines has sourced this parcel of Pinot Noir. This wine is an excellent example of the outstanding results possible, when an allegiance between growers and winemakers creates their best expression of the varietal and vintage. Drinking great now or cellar potential of 3-4 years.
A lighter style of Pinot with oodles of strawberry notes. As with the other wines in the Kindred range, quite simple, easy drinking and delightfully fresh, but this is terrific value – very hard to find a Pinot this good at this price. Lots of flavours, pleasing sappy fruit. Surprising length. One to enjoy over the next couple of years. Score: 88/100 Best drinking: now for two years. Alc: 13%
