Appearance: Bright ruby with crimson hues.

Aroma: The wine shows vibrant blackcurrant and plum fruit characters with underlying liquorice spice and chocolate notes.

Palate: An elegant and supple medium bodied wine, the palate shows an abundance of red-berried fruits with layers of dried herb, black olive and mocha spice. Fine, elegant tannins provide structure and length to this well-balanced wine.

Cellaring: The wine is approachable now, but will provide added complexity over the next 4-6 years.

Oak Detail: 16 months of a blend of French and American Oak.
