Fermoy Estate Reserve Chardonnay 2012

INTRO
Ray Jordan Wine Guide 2016
Certainly one of the best chardonnays from Fermoy. Hitting its best drinking zone now as that light butterscotch builds richness. Grapefruit on the nose with a level of lanolin, and cashew adds further complexity. The palate is deep and intense, striking an excellent fruit and oak balance. A little waxiness on the finish with a lick of acid.
