A deliciously crunchy and vibrant white blend with a little more grunt and palate weight than the normal have from this combination. Extra year has taken the tropical notes off it but there is so much intensity in the middle palate. Persistent and focused finish.

Appearance: Pale yellow straw with vibrant green tints.

Aroma: Lifted savoury notes of asparagus, cut grass and preserved lemon overlay a subtle oak spice complexity.

Palate: Fresh and vibrant citrus notes precede classical characters of asparagus, dry straw and blackcurrant leaf. A soft textured mid-palate leads to a crisp and dry lingering finish.

Cellaring: Drink now or cellar for up to 2 years.

Oak Detail: Predominantly fermented in stainless steel – cool ferment to retain freshness and vibrancy. A portion of Semillon under went fermentation in 1 and 2 year old French oak barriques to add texture, palate weight and complexity.
