Fermoy Estate Shiraz 2012

Displays the fairly typical dusty savoury characters of Margaret River with this variety. It’s more medium bodied but still it packs a punch with grainy tannins and dusty oak supporting the spicy fruit characters. Neatly finished with a sustained pleasing palate.
Ray Jordan Wine Guide 2016

Appearance: Bright ruby red with garnet hues.

Aroma: Red cherry, blueberry and satsuma plum fruit characters are overlaid by a subtle white pepper spice and vanillin oak notes.

Palate: Bright red and juicy blue fruits illuminate the front palate, while subtle white pepper, cinnamon and vanilla spice progress from the mid-palate through a gentle oak char on the finish. A clean and bright acid structure provides length and drive to a fresh and lingering finish.
