Wine Guide 2016
Flying Fish Cove The Wildberry Reserve cabernet sauvignon 2012 ($40) An excellent wine from a very good vintage. A wave of intense mulberry and blackberry fruit hits from the first sniff. The palate is concentrated and opulent with lush and plush black fruits, a dollop of chocolate and molasses and prune. Ripe tannins and fine oak work to build a velvety smooth palate. CELLAR 8 years
