Using the unique, traditional Rhone Valley technique of co-fermentation, we try to achieve a complex layering of the palate.

A seductive blend of three Rhone varieties with the aromatic lift of that apricot musky viognier quite evident. Soft and supple palate with fine tannins and wellweighted oak. Plush mouthfeel with flavours of plum and earthy blackcurrant. Lovely wine of balance. CELLAR 7 years
