Wine Guide 2016
A light and fluffy fresh sparkling wine made from pinot noir. Has a soft and flavoursome palate held with a lovely fine acid. Mix of citrus and yeasty character on the palate provide a nice level of complexity. Fine and elegant wine drinking beautifully now. CELLAR 5 years
