Talijancich Reserve verdelho 2008 ($35)

A distinctive style of verdelho that is released after extended bottle ageing. Gets quite a deal of lees impact to build the texture. It’s layered with complex marmalade and stone fruit characters laced together into a rich textural feel in the mouth. There is still some ageing potential in this highly individual wine.

Talijancich Julian James White Liqueur ($38/500ml)

This is made from muscadelle and pedro in a blend that dates back to 1969. Love the rich heady notes of toffee and honey with a stack of raisin characters. The palate is so rich and luscious with a silky satiny mouthfeel. A glorious expression and great to see these old fortifieds still being made in the Swan Valley.
