 RAY JORDAN WINE GUIDE 2016

Leaping Lizard cabernet merlot 2012 ($15)

Soft and supple, slightly minerally and dusty blended red. Plenty of dark fruits in there supported with fine tannins and just a smidgeon of oak. Lovely mid-palate sweetness balanced by a dry savoury finish. Neat and tidy little drink now wine.

SCORE 88/100 CELLAR 3 years

Leaping Lizard semillon sauvignon blanc 2015 ($15)

Crams all the goodies into a fresh and zingy package that delivers well above its price. Loads of tropical fruit, a slice of pear and a little squeeze of citrus. Balanced and pure with a lingering finish. Hits the style right on the money.

SCORE 90/100 CELLAR 3 years
