Oceans Estate Lashings semillon sauvignon blanc 2014 ($18)
Gooseberry and passionfruit immediately strike on the nose. The palate reveals a little more complexity and interest with its additional twist of juicy lemon and a touch of zest on the finish. A real thirst slaker with all that crunchy vibrant fruit.

Oceans Estate Sparkling pinot noir ($30)
A lovely highly drinkable sparkling wine from pinot noir. It shows a little blush of onion skin pink. Aromas of biscuit and gamey strawberry notes while the palate reveals some attractive primary fruit qualities. Clean and refreshing with a lick of acid to finish.

Oceans Estate Tomasi semillon 2014 ($25)
Yet another perfect illustration of the qualities of semillon which happily stands on its own without sauvignon blanc. Grassy and lemon with so much varietal intensity on the nose. The palate has excellent fruit weight with a precise focus through to its persistent and very long finish. Great mouthfeel with appealing creamy texture.
