About Amelia Park Wines

Tradition. Craft. Quality

Tradition: We believe fine wines come from a rich blend of time-honoured method and modern technique.

Craft: Winemaking is our passion. Each wine is hand-crafted and captures the essence of the fruit.

Quality: Quality is at the heart of everything we do. We focus on the essential, and keep only the exceptional.

At Amelia Park Wines, we produce fine wines from one of Western Australia’s most renowned winemaking regions, Margaret River. We combine leading edge techniques with traditional winemaking values and practices. Winemaker Jeremy Gordon believes that success starts with the vine, and he works closely with a select group of premium vineyards to achieve superior and consistent fruit quality. The resulting wines are elegant, fruit-driven varietals, complex in structure yet easily and irresistibly enjoyable. Read More…..

Amelia Park semillon sauvignon blanc 2017 ($22)

Punchy and vibrant tropical fruit bomb that bursts from the glass. The aromas are intense and the palate flavoursome and fruity. Lemon acid and a fine tart passionfruit and pear with a trace of pineapple. Nice current drinking blend.
SCORE 90/100 CELLAR 3 Years

Amelia Park Reserve chardonnay 2016 ($55)

I like this chardonnay a lot. Smoky savoury notes on the nose, with deeper cereal and grapefruit augmented with some nice light toasty oak. The palate shows some beautiful butterscotch and mealy grapefruit characters. It’s perfectly balanced and almost delicate in the mouth. Yet the intensity is profound.
SCORE 96/100 CELLAR 10 years

Amelia Park cabernet merlot 2015 ($29)

It’s cabernet and merlot-dominant but a little bit of malbec helps as well. Floral aromatic perfumes on the nose are immediately engaging. The medium to fullbodied palate retains an elegance and refinement with firmish tannins and lightly toasty oak to support. The fruit intensity drives long to the finish. Excellent wine offering lots of appeal.
SCORE 93/100 CELLAR 10 years

Amelia Park Reserve cabernet sauvignon 2014 ($55)

Seductive engaging perfumes open on the nose. Blackcurrant with blue fruits and a lift of African violet. There’s a minerally flinty edge in there adding further engagement. The palate is purposeful and powerful with plush fleshy fruit held with control by the tannin oak comb. A subtle graphite influence hits on the finish.
SCORE 96/100 CELLAR 20 years

Amelia Park Reserve shiraz 2014 ($55)

Winemaker Jeremy Gordon sources the fruit for his shiraz from Frankland River. This is such a glorious expression of the variety and the region. Intense concentration of savoury spicy fruit with dark chocolate and blueberry notes. Soft, plush and velvety smooth on the palate. This is a marvelous wine.
SCORE 97/100 CELLAR 20 years
