Winery and Vineyard
Brygon Reserve Wines are vintnered amongst the vineyards and glorious, soft rolling hills of Margaret River, some 300 kilometres south of the Western Australian capital, Perth.
The winery is located on a 7.5 hectare vineyard (first plantings were in 1998) and employ world leading, state-of-the-art technology alongside time honored and traditional wine making skills.
The Margaret River region is well regarded internationally as a super-premium wine growing region.
With a Mediterranean climate, a landscape of gentle valleys and the influence of the Indian Ocean, Margaret River is renowned for its excellence in producing both quality red and white wines.
At Brygon Reserve Wines we use state of the art technology and traditional wine making methods that are seamlessly integrated. Every stage of production is fastidiously computer monitored and sensory evaluated. Stringent temperature controls are maintained throughout production, along with anaerobic handling of white wines, barrel fermentation and the careful maturation of red and white wine in temperature controlled barrel storage.
Barrel fermented wines are aged up to eighteen months in French and American oak to ensure seamless integration of oak and maximum complexity.
Brygon Reserve Wines are owned and operated The Fraser-Scott family but the real magic comes from chief winemaker David Longden!
As a family we have an absolute passion for every facet of the wine making industry and pride ourselves on consistently creating high quality wines and over delivering on price.
We strive to produce premium wines that exhibit the Margaret River style. Fresh, exuberant and fruit driven, allowing natural fruit characters to be expressed to their full potential.
